Sustainable Fabrication in Action
01. Collection Process
We begin by collecting unwanted clothing and textiles through convenient drop-off locations and scheduled pickups. Items are gathered in a responsible and organized manner to ensure efficiency while preventing unnecessary waste from entering landfills.
02. Sorting & Inspection
Once collected, all items are carefully sorted and inspected. Reusable materials are separated from non-reusable textiles, and contaminants are removed. This step ensures that only suitable materials move forward in the recycling process.
03. Shredding & Fiber Recovery
Prepared textiles are mechanically processed and shredded into fibers. These recovered fibers form the foundation for new eco-friendly products, ensuring maximum material reuse and minimal waste.
04. Products Fabrication
The recycled fibers are refined and fabricated into usable materials for various applications, including insulation, industrial textiles, and other sustainable products. Quality control checks are conducted to ensure performance and consistency.
